Recovery has been weird, lots of pain if I stand or sit too long but laying causes no issue. Not sleeping much once everything look up there have been constant rumbles in my tummy.
today's food log: 2 ounces of Greek yogurt, 2 ounces of cream of wheat, 8 ounces of apple juice, 8 ounces 2% milk , a sugar free popsicle, protein drink and water.
